What Soul includes
Your chart, not your sun sign
A sidereal Vedic chart computed from your exact birth time and place — planets, houses, nakshatras, classical yogas and your Vimshottari periods.
Palm reading from a photo
Photograph your hand and have the major lines, the shape and the mounts read in the Hasta Samudrika tradition — honest about what a photograph can and cannot show.
Two Maps
Where your palm and your chart agree, and where they do not. Most apps show you one and hope you do not ask about the other.
Sangam
Ask anything about your own placements and get an answer grounded in your chart. Unlimited for anyone who has unlocked the reading.
The soul light
Practice, water, gratitude and reflection, gathered into one turning form that brightens as the day fills in.
The arithmetic is real
Planetary positions come from a published ephemeris, not from a language model asked where Saturn was. Sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses. The same inputs give the same chart every time, and a 37-check suite verifies the ayanamsha, the house placement and the dasha arithmetic before anything ships.
What the reading covers
Lagna and its lord, the Moon’s nakshatra and pada, every graha by sign, house and dignity, retrogradity and combustion, classical yogas where they genuinely form, and the Vimshottari mahadasha and antardasha you are running now.
Palmistry, honestly bounded
The heart, head, life and fate lines, the shape of the palm and fingers, and the mounts — read in the Hasta Samudrika tradition. Where a photograph cannot show something clearly, the reading says so instead of inventing detail.
Two Maps
Palm and chart are two systems that make claims about the same person. Two Maps places them side by side and names the disagreements as well as the agreements, which is the part a reading that wants to please you leaves out.
Sangam answers from your chart
Ask why a period feels the way it does, what a placement means for you specifically, or what a yoga in your chart actually is. Answers cite your own positions. Unlimited questions once the reading is unlocked.
The soul light
A turning point of light that brightens with what you did today — practice minutes, water, a reflection answered, and gratitude you recorded. Drag it and it turns. It is a picture of your day, not a score anyone else sees.
What it will not do
Dtox does not predict the future and refuses outright to forecast lifespan, illness, marriage or wealth. Vedic astrology and Samudrika palmistry are traditional interpretive systems and are not scientifically established. The app says this plainly rather than burying it.
The soul light
A picture of your day, not a score
Practice minutes, water, a reflection answered and gratitude recorded, gathered into one turning form that brightens as the day fills in. Drag it — this is the same object the app draws. Nobody else sees it and there is nothing to compete over.

Is the Dtox birth chart sidereal or tropical?
Sidereal, with the Lahiri ayanamsha and whole-sign houses — the standard for Vedic astrology (jyotish). Positions come from a published ephemeris, so the chart matches what any competent kundli calculation would give for the same birth data.
Does Dtox use AI to guess planetary positions?
No. The positions are computed from an ephemeris. A language model writes the interpretation from those positions; it never decides where a planet was. A 37-check verification suite runs against known charts before every deploy.
What do I need for a Vedic birth chart reading?
Your date of birth, your time of birth as precisely as you know it, and your place of birth. Birth time matters most — it sets the lagna, and an hour’s error moves it.
Is the palm reading accurate?
Palmistry is a traditional interpretive system, not a scientific one, and Dtox says so. Within that tradition the reading is careful: it reads what the photograph actually shows and declines to describe what it cannot see.
Is Soul a subscription?
No. Soul is a one-time $9 and it is yours permanently, including unlimited Sangam questions. There is no recurring charge.
