What Practice includes
101 guided practices
Yoga postures, pranayama breathing techniques and meditations, each with step-by-step instruction that moves at your pace.
7 structured programmes
Ninety-four days in total, from a first week of yoga for beginners to a settled daily routine.
Focus Mode
One practice, one step at a time, nothing else on screen. Steps advance on their own so you are not holding a phone mid-pose.
A plan built for you
Tell it your goals, your experience and the minutes you actually have. It builds a week from the library rather than handing everyone the same one.
Progress you can see
Streaks, minutes and history, so consistency becomes visible instead of imagined.
What is in the library
Hatha yoga asana from Tadasana and Surya Namaskar through Malasana, Setu Bandhasana, Bakasana and Halasana. Pranayama including Anulom Vilom, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Surya Bhedana, Viloma and Kumbhaka. Meditation from breath awareness and body scan through mantra meditation, noting practice, walking meditation and Yoga Nidra.
Every practice is demonstrated
Each one carries its own illustration and, where movement matters, a short looping video. You can see the shape before you attempt it rather than parsing a paragraph of instructions on the floor.
Programmes, not playlists
Seven programmes run from seven to twenty-eight days: a beginner’s first week, morning energy, evening wind-down, back and posture care, stress and anxiety relief, deeper breathwork, and a full daily routine. Each day builds on the one before it.
Focus Mode is the point
A practice runs itself. Large type, a step timer, spoken cue text, and a screen that stays awake. Nothing to tap mid-posture, no notification, no next-up thumbnail waiting to pull you somewhere else.
Built around your week
The plan asks three things — what you want, how experienced you are, and how many minutes on which days — then assembles a week from the library. Change your answers and it rebuilds.
Track what matters
Minutes practised, sessions completed, the current and longest streak, and a history you can scroll. No leaderboard, no social feed, nobody to compare yourself against.
Practice questions
Is the Dtox yoga app really free?
Yes. All 101 guided practices, all 7 programmes, Focus Mode, your personal plan and your progress history are free, in full, with no subscription and no trial that later bills you. The paid products are the Soul reading, a one-time $9, and Glow, $5 a month.
Is Dtox suitable for yoga beginners?
Yes. The library is labelled by level, the first programme is a seven-day beginner’s week, and every practice carries step-by-step instruction and an illustration. You do not need any prior yoga experience.
Do I need equipment for these yoga practices?
No. A mat is comfortable but not required, and nothing in the library needs blocks, straps or a class. Every practice is designed to be done in the space beside a bed.
Can I use Dtox offline?
Practice text, instructions and your plan are available offline once loaded. Practice videos and the Soul and Glow readings need a connection.
