What Glow includes

A reading from your own photo

What is visible on the surface — shine, redness, texture, congestion by zone — and a four-week plan built around it.

30 morning juice routines

Full method, real cautions, and evidence graded honestly as studied, traditional or nutritional.

Movement and food

Practices drawn from the same yoga library, food to lean into and food to ease off.

Daily tracking

Check in each day and watch the trend rather than the morning.

What the reading looks at

Surface shine and dryness, visible redness, texture, and congestion, zone by zone — forehead, nose, cheeks, chin and jaw. It describes what a photograph shows. It never names a skin condition and never diagnoses.

A four-week plan, not a product list

The plan is behaviour: a morning and evening order of operations, movement from the practice library, food to lean into and food to ease off, and the juice routines that fit what your reading showed. Nothing to buy from us.

30 juice routines with real cautions

Each recipe carries its full method, who should skip it, and how strong the evidence actually is — graded as studied, traditional, or simply nutritional. A juice that is pleasant and unproven is labelled as pleasant and unproven.

Track the trend

Skin changes across weeks, not overnight, so Glow asks for a daily check-in and shows you the line rather than the day. A bad morning stops looking like a verdict.

Your photo is not kept

The image is analysed and discarded. It is never written to our servers, never used to identify you, and no face template is ever created. The reading is saved; the photograph is not.

Glow questions

Does Dtox store my face photo?

No. The photo is sent for analysis, the text of the analysis is kept, and the image itself is discarded. There is no copy on our servers, no facial recognition, and no face template — ever.

Is Glow a medical or dermatology service?

No. Glow is general wellness content. It makes no medical claims, never names a skin condition, does not diagnose or treat anything, and refers you to a clinician where something is worth a professional eye.

How much does Glow cost?

Five dollars a month, cancelled any time from the App Store or Google Play. There is no trial that quietly starts billing you.

Are the juice recipes evidence-based?

Each one is graded honestly. Some have studies behind them, some are traditional, and some are simply good nutrition. Glow tells you which is which instead of implying all three are the same thing.
